Payment terms

Bookings may be paid by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise. For certain rates, a deposit may be required, with the balance due on arrival. All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Contract term and mediation

For individual bookings, the term of the contract corresponds to your confirmed booking dates. The contract may be terminated in accordance with the cancellation policy or in the event of force majeure, breach of the house rules or non-payment.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact a consumer mediation service free of charge. We undertake to take part in good faith in any mediation procedure.
