Le Quarteau

A characterful home on the first floor, right in the city centre, a few metres from Place Saint-Louis.

Set in a rear courtyard, it is quiet and laid out over two levels.

The apartment is ideally located 50 m from Place Saint-Louis and 600 m from the station, in the heart of the city, on a pedestrian street close to all the shops.

Characterful and fully renovated, it sits on the first floor in a rear courtyard, for a calm and secure stay.

As you open the door, you will find a lovely living space with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine…) and a cosy sitting room.

A beautiful raw-wood staircase leads down to the lower level and the sleeping area, with a 160 × 200 bed, a made-to-measure shower room and a separate toilet.
