For more than 10 years now, I have been working professionally in rental investment, and more specifically in short-term rentals.
I decided to offer a personalised, highly expert service to meet your needs as an investor and property owner.
Successful property investment is possible when you have the right support. I am here to save you time. I love investing, but I prefer a careful, long-term approach rather than pushing anyone into risky investments.

Property concierge service
With my great team, I will manage the short-term rental of your apartment or house, working alongside the best professionals in the sector...
My rates are transparent. My commission is:
- PRESTIGE: 25% commission incl. VAT
- ESSENTIAL: 20% commission incl. VAT
- STARTER: 10% commission incl. VAT
The concierge service now holds the professional property management licence (carte G), which allows me to collect your rents on request only (with attractive tax advantages...).
CONCIERGE PACKAGES
PRESTIGE (25%)
- Listing and management of your ads across multiple OTA channels (Booking, Airbnb, etc.)
- Guest communication (7 days a week, 24/7)
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Professional linen supply (laundry service)
- Cleaning after each departure (paid by the guest)
- Household linen handled by a professional laundry
- Help defining your pricing policy
- Restocking of cleaning products
- Supply of guest products (at the owner’s expense)
- Handling of disputes and deposits
- Premium revenue management (outsourced to an expert)
ESSENTIAL (20%)
- Listing and management of your ads across multiple channels (Booking, Airbnb, etc.)
- Guest communication
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Clean linen supply
- Cleaning after each departure (paid by the guest)
- Household linen handled by a professional laundry
- Restocking of cleaning products
- Supply of guest products (at the owner’s expense)
- Premium revenue management (standard management)
STARTER (10%)
- Listing and management of your ads across multiple channels (Booking, Airbnb, etc.)
- Guest communication handled by an AI agent
- Guest check-in and check-out
Turnkey renovation, decoration and furnishing
